Favorite Activity:
Simulations between the coaches are my all-time favorite. Pushing each other to the limit and finding creative ways to elegantly lead someone out of a tough spot.

One of my trainees has raised $4M for his startup after a few months in the program.

Working at Express is: 
Always learning new skills, and growing mentally and emotionally. and stretching your limits daily. It's all about thinking and dreaming big, and knowing it's possible. 
The biggest challenge I've overcome: choosing when to be a multitasker and when a single-tasker. Finding myself coaching, training, and managing the marketing at the same time can definitely be challenging.

המאמנים אצלנו רכשו שפה נוספת בגיל מאוחר, וממשיכים לשפר ולהשתפר בהן כל הזמן. הם מכירים את האתגרים המנטליים והרגשיים והם מובילים את המתאמנים שלנו ע"י דוגמה אישית ולא הסברים תאורטיים.  מורה נייטיב שמדבר רק אנגלית אנגלית אמנם יודע את החוקים נהדר, אבל הוא חסר ניסיון אישי בתהליך רכישת שפות בגיל מאוחר.

אנחנו עובדים עם הייטקיסטים ואנשי עסקים ומדברים איתם על החיים שלהם, העבודה, הטכנולוגיות שהם משתמשים בהן וכו'.
אתם סביבת הדיבאג והטסט שלהם ואתם צריכים להבין שהפרוד שלהם יקר -אלו הקריירה והחיים שלהם, והם לא רוצים להשיק אנגלית חצי אפויה.
אנחנו סטארטאפ, לא בית ספר. הכל פה משתנה בטיל. כולם פה גם מאמנים וגם משפרים את המערכות של אקספרס.  חובה הקלדה עיוורת (או מהירה), שליטה באופיס, CRM, וכו'.

Express Coach

 Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Training clients, and providing daily support by phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, or any other means necessary.
    The coaching is done remotely. 
  • Providing clear trainee status reports to verify progress.
  • Attending Zoom sessions, monthly live events, community events, etc. 
  • Working a full day from the office, once a week, to evaluate and enhance your coaching skills.

Requirements and skills:

  • Fluent English (Or Native English, but speaks another language at a fluent level). 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Comfortable working with people over the phone/zoom and in person. 
  • Comfortable providing feedback over audio/video recordings.
  • Practical problem-solving skills. 
  • Fast typing.

     

Coaching at Express:

  • The coaching is done remotely, one-on-one, using the Express online platform, WhatsApp, phone, Zoom, etc. 
  • The coaching at Express is done according to the Express program and the Express training method. Everything will be taught in-house as part of the onboarding program and ongoing training. Before coaching, all coaches must experience the program themselves, both as trainees and as coaches (of the coach trainer at Express). 
  • The coaches will be coaching 50-60 trainees at any given time. The coaching includes a weekly 20-minute coach call with each trainee and ongoing WhatsApp coaching and support during the week (Sunday to Thursday).
  • The program is 6 months long. By taking on a trainee the coach commits to see them through till the end. 

Logistics: 

  • The salary starts at 9,000-11,000 for a full-time position (once onboarded is fully completed)
  • There is room for promotion and growth within the company (Advanced programs, and other responsibilities). 
  • Work hours: Three times a week 09:00-18:00, twice a week 12:00-21:00. Once a month the coach will be required to attend an offline event in the evening (between 18:00-23:00).
  • Remote work conditions and expectations: Work must be conducted in a quiet space that is free of interruptions i.e. from home, office, quiet room, and may not be conducted at a coffee shop, open space, in-transit, or while having people/kids talking in the background. 
  • A coach at Express cannot also tutor, coach or teach English privately or for other companies. If you currently do and you wish to start working with us, you’ll have to terminate those activities before starting to work at Express. 
  • Equipment: A coach must have a fully functional mobile laptop, a stable internet connection at home, good mobile reception at home for phone calls, and a pair of comfortable and high-quality earphones. 
  • A coach at Express will be provided with a business cellphone line + WhatsApp business account, to ensure a work-life balance.

Sales Manager

Job Description

The position requires a self-motivated individual who's highly diligent and passionate about sales and self-growth. Essentially, the role is to help our consultants screen the clients and find those who can benefit from the training, booking calls with them, and making sure they show up:

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing a sales team, running weekly and monthly status meetings, analyzing challenges and bottlenecks in the marketing/sales funnel, and implementing solutions. 
  • Interviewing, recruiting, and running onboarding and ongoing training for SDRs. 
  • Working closely and coordinating with the head coach and marketing manager to streamline service and operations. 
  • Conducting sales/compatibility calls for potential clients, issuing invoices and documents as needed. 
  • Generating collaborations with influencers, headhunters, and organizations.

     

     

Requirements and skills:

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Comfortable working with people over the phone/zoom and in person.

     

     

Logistics: 

  • Full-time job. Flexible work hours. Hybrid (80% home, 20% office – TLV). 
  • Remote work conditions and expectations: Work must be conducted in a quiet space that is free of interruptions i.e. from home, office, or quiet room.
  • Employees at Express are provided with a business cellphone line + WhatsApp business account.

     

     

Onboarding process: 

  • 3 weeks long – approximately 60 hours (paid).
  • Before conducting sales at Express, employees must experience the program themselves (onboarding).

SDR

Job Description

The position requires a self-motivated individual who's highly diligent and passionate about sales and self-growth. Essentially, the role is to help our consultants screen the clients and find those who can benefit from the training, booking calls with them, and making sure they show up:

  • Replying to inbound leads on the website and social media platforms. (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, website).
  • Qualifying inbound leads, performing sales/compatibility calls, and assigning them to the appropriate sales team member for follow-ups. 
  • Generating outbound leads and collaborations with influencers, headhunters, and organizations.

Requirements and skills:

  • Fluent in English and Hebrew. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Comfortable working with people over the phone/zoom and in person.

Logistics: 

  • Full-time job. Salary ranges between 8,500 – 11,500 (Base + Commission)
  • Flexible work hours. Hybrid (80% home, 20% office – TLV) 
  • There is room for promotion and growth within the company. (Sales Manager position).  
  • Remote work conditions and expectations: Work must be conducted in a quiet space that is free of interruptions i.e. from home, office, or quiet room.
  • An SDR at Express will be provided with a business cellphone line + WhatsApp business account.
